Statement
I am the father of two daughters both have now left school. Formerly a teacher, I had offered to make a private agreement but mother insisted on using CSA.
The vast majority of arrears relate to first two years and accrued due to Agency delays and errors. It effectively represents a double payment. Having already maintained my daughters from the family finances prior to a divorce settlement the Agency demanded I pay again.
Officers employed a range of strategies to artificially inflated the debt. For example, the Agency had calculated one the assessment on the basis my income was three times what it really was. The amount they demanded was, at one point, more than I earned.
I had made agreement with a senior officer to pay off the debt in instalments. The Agency tried to deny this and fabricated official government records to instigate court proceedings. I had recorded that call, and many other calls to the Agency.
Government approved procedures should have prevented court proceedings being taken. It would appear officers found ways to circumvent these.
I have a back ground/qualifications in investigation methodology and for the last five years I have been compiling a case against a significant number of officers, who it appears were collaborating. They even lied in court submissions and to my MP. Senior civil servants and government ministers are also implicated.
The mini-documentaries posted on 'afairercsaforall' and ‘YouTube’ give an indication of the practices that offices have been engaging in, motivated, it would appear, by government targets and pay bonuses.
The quality and security of the evidence in this case is very unusual. It is particularly compelling and conclusive.
