Are the Child Support Agency pushing you to the edge?

Firstly if you are new here a warm welcome to our site. Secondly don't think you are on your own as 1000's are going through, or have gone through the same thing as you. Thirdly, we are here to help, both on this site and in our Forum where you will find friendly and supportive members.

OK, I am not going to go into depth about depression and anxiety nor am I going to quote medical references from other sites. I would rather use my own personal experiences to get my point accross. Depression and anxiety can affect people in many different ways and it can have a devastating affect on some. The Child Support Agency can either inflict or add to this condition and to be honest with you I don't think they or the Government care or it simply wouldn't be allowed to go on.

The Government and the Child Support Agency are indirectly responsible for countless breakdowns and suicides. DON'T be another statistic, fight it and at the same time fight them!

Suicide is certainly not the solution to a problem that you can and will overcome. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but one day if you put your mind to it, you will overcome it! Firstly you have to think of your children and family, NOT yourself and think how THEY will feel and the devestating impact it will have on their lives now and in the future.

Never bottle it up, or it will ferment inside and eat away at you. Talk to family and friends and let them know what you are going through and how you are feeling. Don't think to yourself  that you will be putting too much worry on their shoulders, they wouldn't thank you for it. Put yourself in their position and ask yourself would you want to know if this was happening to one of your family or friends? Of course you would, because you would want to help them in any way possible.

ALWAYS let your GP know about your situation and tell them everything. NEVER feel embarrassed to talk about what you have and are going through. Ask your GP to have you referred to a counsellor, sometimes talking to a complete stranger is easier than talking to someone you know. Another option is the Samaritans and again everyone is different and you should do what you feel most comfortable with. Did I mention that we have a great little Forum where you can go and talk to others? You are guaranteed a warm welcome from some very friendly, helpful and supportive members.

Depression can be a very lonely illness, but it doesn't have to be, so DON'T let it be!

OK you may now be saying 'What does he know? He has NO idea what I am going through'. Well you would be wrong there as I have suffered from anxiety and depression for most of my life. I know what you are going through and I know how you feel. I know that at times in your life you feel like you are being dragged down into quicksand and you have to drag yourself back out by your fingertips. The Child Support Agency is the demon at the top that keeps trying to stamp you back down. Don't let them, fight back and drag yourself out of that quicksand and fight back hard!

Fight first for your children and family and then fight for yourself. In time you will look back and thank yourself for that battle you thought you would never win. More importantly your children will thank you for being there for them!

You have heard the story of David and Goliath. Well unlike David you don't have to do it alone!

Dear Sue and all the team at afairercsaforall

Hello everyone,

I am sending this E-mail to congratulate you and to let you all know quite simply " you are angels". Last night I was at my lowest ebb, to tell the truth in my whole life I have never been lower.

After getting in touch with your admin I was not only talked out of overdosing, but also given a reasons to live, those reasons were my children( i forgot about them in my despair) your admin brought me back to reality, and another reason is you angels who give your time freely to help so called deadbeats like me. I swear I will fight and not let you down, I know its going to be hard, but I have you on my side.

Let me tell the world that the people who run this website are the most dedicated group of people I have ever come across. Admin stayed on the phone sending countless text messages until 5am, without those messages I would most certainly not be here, and for that I will always be indebted to you.

I feel like a weight has been lifted from me, and it is such a relief to know you are here to share my problems. I have NO doubt you will help me unravel this mess. This morning I am going to go to the doctor as you suggest, and send for all the stuff you told me to. I am going to fight this now. At the same time i'm going to give you at this website 110% in return.

The child support agency and whoever is responsible for it are going to cause untold damage, their people seem brainwashed and immune to the reality of what they are doing. People are going to see suicide as the only way out, as I did. I feel for those that have yet to find you, people who need people like you. I will be writing to my MP, government and every newspaper in this land to tell them about your group, my angels.

I have one last thing to say, its probably the most important thing I have said all night. CARRY ON WITH WHAT YOU ARE DOING, NEVER GIVE UP. That's is on a text message I received from you last night, I would like to send it right back, you people are priceless, and I will never forget what you done for my children and me last night, thank you so much

                                           With heartfelt thanks Ian xxx
