According to the CSA, I slept with a woman and had a child back in 1996-7.

I need help with the CSA and would like to post a question in your forum, but can not seem to log into it. I have an issue with the CSA, but it is slightly complicated.

According to the CSA, I slept with a woman and had a child back in 1996-7. I do not remember the woman and can't say for sure that I did or did not sleep with her. The CSA then contacted me in 1998 (I have only a very vague recollection of this as had a lot of problems in my life at that time) and apparently offered me a DNA test. I was moving around a lot at the time due to my personal circumstances and my work. The CSA then went and got a declaration of parentage (I only found this out recently).

I now want to do a DNA test and to this end have got form C1 from the courts. The problem I have is that as I do not know this woman, I have no address for her and can not put this on the forms. The only people that seem to know this are the CSA, but they are less than helpfull in this matter. Can anyone tell me how to go about filling these forms in under these circumstances or of a better way to go about doing this? I can't really afford a solicitor and the CSA have sent me the most threatening letter I have ever received (for £7000), talking about taking money from my bank account or taking my passport/driving license away etc.

I am unwilling to pay them any money for a child that is possibly is not mine.
