This is directed to "Hot Coffee" and "Kellogs 36". I understand that you are both ex CSA employees.  Can you tell me why I am continually being harrassed by CSA staff, who have been ringing my mobile number for the past few months; even though from the outset I advised them that I wished to only be contacted by letter? 

I even contacted my MP at the beginning of this year and the CSA confirmed to him that they would, from then on, only contact me by letter?  Even worse, because I have simply ignored their "missed calls" to my mobile phone,but they never left a message - I am convinced that they did this to harrass and intimidate me - am I correct?  Am I describing their harrassment tactics?  My ex husband must be in constant contact with them and he is a civil service, working in benefits fraud dept.  They refused my request to mark my file as "case sensitive", saying that my ex did not have contact to my records!!

Today (23/10/08) they rang my home number!!  A person calling herself "Linda" from "client services dept" left a message asking me to phone her!!
