Variation And Criminal Compliance

Does anyone have any experience in the above? I have two young kids and waited for 3 years to seek some money from my ex hubby. After this period I gave up. I tried to give him the opporunity to be fair. We lived very well both with good jobs. It was only fair for him to continue to support his kids after he ran off, I went to the CSA in the end. But he told them he earnt £120 per week which is about 1% of what he earns. Seriously! He has managed to chnange all his bank accounts and got some books sorted out for his businesses so that nothing comes back to him. He goes on about 4 holidays a year, has large boat and plenty of other things.

The CSA offered me £6 per week!. I appealed and was advise I could apply on a variation. After months of this they told me nothing would change as I could not proove anything. I gave proof, such as the bill for the monthy payments for the boat and the moarings, which in themselves are over £700 per month. I told them the airport and flight he was on when he went to the Inadian Ocean and the again to the Caribbean. He got married and I told the CSA when this was and about the hunnymoon. I gave lots of proof infact.

They said they would try to get him under criminal compliance. This gives them the power to freeze his assets, look into his tax records, bank accounts and to watch him at work etc. Nothig has happened. It is now over two years. I have given up with the CSA now as it is too stressful. Has anyne else been down this road and had any success at all? (it was the BBC program that prompted me to wrte this after them saying thatit is all going to change....yeh right!!!!!
