LETTER FROM PATRICA HOLLIS - 4TH FEBRUARY 2005

This letter written by Barroness Hollis is regarding all parents on CSCS, CS1 or old rules. It clearly states NRP's should keep 67% of their income, and 60% in the case of non-compliance.

So maybe Barroness Hollis or any member of the CSA management can explain to us.. Why fully compliant non-resident parents are being driven into poverty with 40% of income being taken at source on a whim??? Even where a fully paid agreement is in place. Thank-you

LETTER FROM JIM EDGAR (DEBT ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR) - 31ST JULY 2008

Not only is this letter bullying and threatening, but it is not truthful.

You can pay by credit/debit card ........... Should read we checked your available credit on your credit cards earlier, so now you will pay or we will spit out our dummies and take you to court

The most interesting aspect of this letter though is the section referring to DEO ( detachment of earnings order). Jim states IT IS NOT OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT...... Well Jim......................... Have you spoken to your new bosses C-MEC, because they say the opposite............................. WE THINK IT MORE CSA LIES, OF COURSE YOU PREFER IT JIM
