Don't know if you remember but a few months ago you gave my OH and myself alot of help regarding CSA applying or LO...well hearing was today and Justice of Clerk overturned their application...Justice clerk said your letter was completely right in that the2 yearcollection was only guideline ...BUT..it is not set in stone. He sympathasised with OH and amount he was paying......and actually recommend ''A fairer CSA for All'' for help etc

Both sides need help against the csa/cmed. just thought i would keep you up to date. i know i would not have got anywhere with them on my own, this site helps people to stay strong.
